Softswitch
Softswitches manage voice traffic based on VoIP. A Class 5 switch routes calls between telephone providers, while a Class 5 switch connects call providers with real end-users (or customers) who make and receive calls. Software switches receive ratings according to how many simultaneous calls they can process, measured as the number of calls they can handle at the same time.
DID

What should an IWD Reseller Agent do?
1- Must have atleast a PC with a good internet connection.
1 - Locate and contact potential clients to offer Voip services.
2 - Explain to clients how specific type of the IWD calling solutions will help to reduce their calling bills.
3 - Provide clients with cost estimates of IWD tariff plan that adapts to their budget.

IWD Voip products
1) Mobile Dialer app account :
With our Mobile App, you can receive and make free or cheap VoIP calls from your mobile phone anywhere in the world. The user needs to download and install the app from the App Store and Google Play. He must also register to obtain the access credentials (username and password). The registration can be done by our agent, or online from our website.
(2) IWD Calling Cards :
These are cards for international and local calls.
Our calling cards and methods are secure and protected by pins and codes. However, we provide PINless dialing that allows our system to recognize you automatically without the need to enter your PIN number. To use the card we provide a local access number.
(3) Subscription plan.
The subscription plan can be monthly or weekly with several conditions. The user pays a fixed flat rate and obtains a certain number of minutes to make calls within the specified period. At the end of the period, it expires and the user must renew it if he still wants to continue. The plan is renewable with a special recharge card.
(3) Prepaid Recharge card (Voucher).
This serves to add credits and recharge the mobile dialer app account. It also serves to renew the subscription plan.
Users can purchase the prepaid recharge card from our reseller agent or online from our website. The user can purchase a new subscription plan or activate a new mobile app account at any time. He can also choose to add credits to the balance of his already existing account by purchasing the recharge card. The recharge cards come in different cuts; $5, $10, $15, $20, etc. A user can check on our website for our reseller agent close to their location. The recharge card allows the user to maintain a progressive balance and to use the same account over and over.
How does a reseller work?
An IWD reseller agent can be a physical store (a call shop, bank, mobile phone store, internet point, supermarket, minimarket, agency, office, or any other type of store). A reseller agent can also be a freelancer without a physical store and work from home or from other premises.
The reseller prepaid payment.
For the reseller to operate, he needs to add funds to his account through an online payment method with a credit card, bank transfer, or directly to our local staff. From his account balance, he can transfer credits to the vouchers, calling cards, and to the mobile dialer app account. (Continued below)
Agent/Reseller classification
(1) Top-tier agent/reseller
The premium reseller is a full-independent agent who has full access to our software with higher level admin permissions and has the permission to self-generate calling card codes, recharge voucher codes, and mobile dialer IDs. He can activate or deactivate the above-mentioned codes. He can operate with his own subagents, have an exclusive zone, and many more.
(2) Common Agente/Reseller
The standard category agent has limited permission or no access to our software. Mostly, this category works under a premium agent. He sells directly to the customers/users prepaid calling cards and recharge vouchers and mobile dialer IDs.
Agent ID
All IWD agents and subagents have an identification ID. The ID allows us to manage effectively the balance accounts of the agents and their respective subagents. The calling card pin code, the voucher pin code, and the mobile dialer IDs (username/password) can be created with a special initial batch number of the agent's ID. This helps to identify the product distributed by the agent and to facilitate technical and administrative issues.
Account balance of the agent:
When the agent balance account runs out, the users will not be able to make calls with their calling cards, the recharge vouchers will not work, and the mobile dialer can not make calls. The system will respond with the message "You don't have sufficient credit for this operation." To avoid this inconvenience, the agent must always keep his balance account at a level that covers the sum of the products sold out.
Pre-payment
All products are prepaid, which means that payment is required for the products to work.
To summarize the process:
1-IWD gives the agent a list of calling cards and voucher pin codes (these can be printed cards, paper lists or files). The codes are activated and can be of different limit cuts, e.g., $5, $10, $20, etc.
2-Before selling the cards, the agent adds sufficient funds to his account balance. It can be done online from our website or differently according to the agreement.
3-agent sells the cards/pins to the customers (the agent must be aware to assure that his balance covers the sum of the cards sold out).
4-When the customer makes a call, the system reduces progressively the agent balance till the limit cut of the card.
5-If well calculated, the agent's balance must be sufficient to cover the credits on all the cards he sold out.
The above explained regards the Premium Agent. While the standard agent doesn't need to worry about the credit balance because he pre-pays the exact amount needed before the cards/pins are issued.

The average salary for an IWD voice services sales agent is around $60,000+ per year.
Every month, the IWD VOIP services sales agent receives 5%–10% of his volume sales. He usually takes his profit directly and immediately after each sale, or under a payout agreement with IWD, according to the contract. The payout is made into the bank payment account provided to us

Contract for IWD Advertising Sales Agent
Selected agents need to sign an IWD Agent contract. The contract contains all the clauses that regulate the relationship between the parties. It also confers the agent the right to represent IWD and use our logo or name in any activity that concerns IWD.
Training as an Agent
Once the agent's request is approved, the selected candidate will receive all the necessary documentation and online training course.
